Alaska Airlines uses Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Defender, GitHub Copilot for Business, and Azure OpenAI Service to strengthen its IT infrastructure, enhance cyber security, and empower employees. They have integrated GitHub Copilot for Business into their software development process, with about half of their software engineering team using it. They are also leveraging Azure OpenAI Service to enhance customer care and contact centers.
