A talent and IP engagement platform sought to create an immersive experience for the Fan Prix festival at Resorts World Las Vegas.
High-profile events cannot provide personal interactions between celebrities and every fan due to physical time constraints. Organizers needed a way to scale one-on-one conversations with racing legend Romain Grosjean to a global audience without losing authenticity.
The team built a hyper-realistic voice agent using ElevenLabs' model, integrated into a proprietary platform called Backstage. This system utilizes IP-safe architecture to protect the talent's voice likeness while processing real-time user inputs. The experience was deployed via web for pre-event engagement and on-site for festival attendees.
